Raluca Covrig sits at the crossroads of energy, policy, and communication, and that's precisely where change happens.

As Director of Public Affairs and Communication at FPE, which represents 95% of Romania's oil and gas industry and an expanding footprint in renewables and new energy technologies, she translates complex regulatory and industry challenges into strategy, action, and dialogue. From shaping Romania's position on EU energy legislation to driving multi-stakeholder initiatives that bring together industry, government, and policymakers, Raluca is one of the key voices advancing Romania's energy transition.

Holding an MS in International Business Communication and a BBA in Business Administration, both from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), she combines a strong academic foundation with over 17 years of professional background spanning public affairs, strategic communications, project management, business development, product and operations, giving her a strong understanding of both policy objectives and the business realities behind them.
