Pedro Dias

Pedro Dias is a passionate advocate for the decarbonisation of heating and cooling systems. As
the former Secretary General of ESTIF and current Policy Director at Solar Heat
Europe, he has been devoted to advancing the potential of solar thermal energy in
Europe. With a background in gas retail and heating equipment
commercialisation, among other experiences, Pedro brings a wealth of experience
from both the non-governmental and private sectors. Holding a management
degree, he combines his expertise with strategic thinking to drive
collaboration towards a sustainable future, based on a multi-technology
approach to the energy transition.
