Nic Crowe

Nic’s role with Grissan sees him identifying routes to significantly scale-up biomethane’s role in the UK energy system. He also founded and co-chairs the new GB Green Gas Taskforce, a first-of-a-kind collaboration between the UK’s largest biomethane generators and the five British gas networks to push for greater ambition on green gas.

Prior to joining Grissan, Nic was a senior civil servant in the UK Government with roles in a number of key Departments. This included time leading the Renewable Heat Incentive’s reform agenda where he developed and implemented a number of policies designed to increase biomethane deployment.
