Maciej Ciszewski
Maciej has been working in the European Commission since 2008, dealing with energy markets. Since 2022, he has been developing the EU Energy Platform, AggregateEU, and currently the new mechanisms for demand aggregation and joint purchasing of hydrogen and derivatives, gases, and critical raw materials. Between 2021 and 2022, Maciej was an advisor of the Director General, Ditte Juul Jørgensen (DG Energy) on issues related to internal energy market, security of supply and international energy relations. From 2008 to 2014, Maciej worked in DG Competition on antitrust cases in the energy sector. Maciej holds an MSc in engineering, in International Economics and an MA from College of Europe in Bruges.
