Fabio Dubini

Fabio Dubini is Edison Executive Vice President Gas & Power Portfolio Management and Optimization since January 2021. Until December 2020, he was deputy CEO of the Exploration & Production Division.
He has over 30 years of broad experience and responsibilities in many segments of the energy sector both in Italy and abroad
Mr Dubini had management responsibility over the Company’s global strategy, M&A and corporate development activities as well as over gas and oil commercialization. Before joining Edison in 1999, Mr Dubini spent 10 years in the ENI Group in various management roles focusing on business development and LNG/gas marketing and sales.
He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico of Milan and a Master of Business Administration from MIP. He is a member of the BoD of Eurogas and Proxigas and was a member of the BoD of Edison E&P, Edison International and Edison Exploration & Production U.K. He is fluent in English and French.
