Davide Rubini

Davide Rubini, based in United Kingdom, is Head of Regulatory Affairs - Gas, Power and Environmental Products EMEA at Vitol, bringing experience from previous business development and regulatory roles for gas and power at Shell and Equinor.

He currently co-chairs for Energy Traders Europe the Central and Eastern Europe Gas Taskforce and the Methane Emission Working Group.

He has also been the chair of the Biomethane Industrial Partnership Ukraine Taskforce.
