Brian Kelly

Brian is the CEO of BK Strategies, a Washington, DC based advisory and consulting firm. His client list consists of a variety of sectors from Pharmaceuticals, Energy (oil, gas, nuclear), Utilities, and Tech.

Brian was formally the Vice President for Global Public Policy at Sempra, He served as a Corporate Officer for a Fortune 300 energy infrastructure company with a market capitalization of over $50 billion and assets of more than $72 billion. Brian helped lead the company in its mission to become North America’s premier energy infrastructure company.

Prior to Sempra, Brian spent 10 years as an Executive in the Media Industry. He worked for the Golf Channel, ESPN, ABC, Comcast, and Disney.

He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Samford University and the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Council and Proof Research a Defense Technology Company.

Brian is the proud parent to Connor Kelly who is a film maker in Dallas, TX, and Emma Kelly Stettler who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Mayo Clinic. He is married to Karen Vance Kelly. Brian is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
