Eurogas recently responded to two consultations on secondary legislation for REMIT: the implementing regulation and delegated act.

Regarding the delegated act, Eurogas provided input on 5 key areas for improving the text, broadly:

1. Provisions on the timeline
2. Commercial and non-commercial IIPs and RRMs
3. Connection to exposure data reporting
4. Amendment proposals
5. Recommendations on the Annex
