Phil Hemmens

Phil is currently serving as Special Advisor at Eni CCUS Holding, while previously he was Head of Northern Europe Management of Eni and Managing Director for Eni UK. Most notably in the context of the Conference, Phil was the first Managing Director for Liverpool Bay CCS Limited and has been involved in CCUS since the HyNet cluster's application to be selected by the UK Authorities as "Track 1" priority project.
