Goher Ur Rehman Mir

Goher Ur Rehman Mir is part of a newly established business unit ‘Futuria Fuels’ at SHV Energy. He is responsible for demystifying policies that impact sustainable fuels development with focus on renewable liquid gas. He works closely with public affairs community at SHV Energy to perform evidence-based advocacy. Goher is an experienced professional in policy analysis, energy economics and stakeholder engagement and has worked on a broad range of topics covering industrial decarbonization, sustainability certification, CCSU as well as GHG assessments. He currently chairs a group that drives renewable liquid gas activities at WLGA - global trade association for liquid gas sector. He is tasked to discuss strategic direction for the group and set priorities to deliver tools that contribute to the collective benefit of the industry.
