Francesca Zarri

Born in 1969 (Bologna), she earned MS degree in Mining Engineering. She is in her current position since May, 2024.

1997-2010: she worked in Eni’s Upstream business.

2011: Head of American Region, Head of Procurement Services and Eni's representative for Commercial Committee in the South Stream Project.

2013: VP for W. Africa Projects Monitoring & Technical Coordination, later Eni Congo’s Development Projects Director.

2017-2019, Head of Italian Southern District, then SVP Italian Activities Coordination.

2020–May 2024, Director of Technologies for Eni (CTO).

Since May 2024 Head of Upstream Italy.

She is President of Eniservizi, Board of Directors of Assolombarda and the Advisory Board of Eni International BV. Since June 2024, she has also served as President of the OMC Med Energy Conference and Exhibition. From December 2025 she is President in charge of Assorisorse.
