Antoine Halff

Antoine Halff is chief analyst and cofounder of Kayrros, a global energy and environmental intelligence company that uses AI to analyze satellite imagery at scale and generate high-frequency data on physical risks, energy supply chains and the environment.

Earlier, Antoine was chief oil analyst at the International Energy Agency; Lead Industry Economist at the U.S. Energy Information Administration; head of commodities research and deputy head of research at Newedge; director of the Global Energy practice of Eurasia Group; and New York bureau chief of the Energy Intelligence Group.

Antoine is a non-resident fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University and president of the New York Energy Forum, a non-profit educational organization in New York City.

His book, Energy Poverty: Global Challenge and Local Solutions (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2014), co-edited with Jon Rozhon and Benjamin Sovacool, was published in 2014
