Budapest LNG Summit

The 4th edition  of the Budapest LNG Summit, the leading gas conference in Central Eastern Europe, will take place on 3 April, 2023 in Budapest, Hungary, bringing together top-level industry leaders, experts and policymakers from all over the world to discuss the driving trends of the LNG and gas market. The 4th Budapest LNG Summit is organised under the auspices of H.E. Péter Szijjártó, Hungary’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, who will open the event.

The current energy crisis put security of supply back on the agenda as international prices rose to record highs. The crisis also led to increased demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG), which plays a critical role in providing flexibility. In the current context of high uncertainty, it is important to come together and address the most pressing questions of the future of the gas market.

The Budapest LNG Summit is focusing on the up and coming LNG region of Central & Eastern Europe, connecting regional demand with the international supply chain. The conference is a well-established meeting point of major gas and LNG stakeholders from the CEE region and beyond, who will come together on 3 April in Budapest to review how the sector has coped so far with the challenges and adjusted to the new normal. Join high-level speakers from leading stakeholders of the regional gas market such LNG Croatia, OMV Petrom, Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria; MET Group; MVM Group prominent organisations such as Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE), Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF); gas infrastructure operators from Central and Eastern Europe and high level policy makers from the region and beyond.
