Relations with other organisations

• eurogas shares its Secretariat with the Technical Association of the European Natural Gas Industry MARCOGAZ and with the European Gas Research Group GERG.
• MARCOGAZ deals with technical regulations and standards in the fields of gas supply and utilisation, gas fired plants, equipment and appliances.
• GERG is a grouping of gas supply companies with a strong research base promoting shared R & D strategies and programmes.
• Russian gas society
• eurogas maintains close relations with
  • International Gas Union (IGU),
  • Intergas Marketing
  • and with GIIGNL (Groupe Internationale des Importateurs de Gaz Naturel Liquefie), the international group of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) importing companies.
  Regular contact on issues of shared interest is also held with other European industry organisations.
